Simple way to relieve minor aches and pains. Aromatherapy Rice Bags:
Lavender Dry Flowers; relaxing scent.  Peppermint or Eucalyptus dry leaves; sinus, headache therapy scent. Unscented also available. Each bag is handmade
by me, so each one is unique.  I use regular long grain rice with flax seed and your choice of scent enclosed in a separate 100% white cotton pouch. I double sew each pouch for durability.
These bags   MEASURE:   Large 9" x 6",Medium 10" x 5" , Small 10"x 4"
Perfect size for warming and soothing aches/pains from sore muscles, headaches, etc.  Can also be used as a cold pack for bumps, sprains, ankle or knee swelling ,etc.  (Important place rice bag in baggie before putting in freezer and let freeze for a couple hours before use)
Microwave the rice bags for 30 seconds to 1 minute.  Make sure to check temperature before using. DO NOT microwave bag for over 2 minutes at a time , rice can burn.
These bags should not be in contact with water. I hand make each pouch after they are ordered
